Antonio Mogavero

I am Antonio Mogavero, I was born in Nardò (LE) on 24 January 1997 and I am an Italian freediver specialist in deep disciplines in constant weight apnea. I was the youngest athlete in the world to have reached, at the age of 21, the depth of -106m with a monofins (CWT) and among the youngest in history of this sport to have won world medals at the World Championships.

My love for the sea was born in the Salentine sea. The beauty of the Ionian coast made me dream since childhood and, growing up, I decided that I would dedicate my entire life to the sea, transmitting, through the values of sport, respect for the marine environment and all its inhabitants

I am proud to serve as an ambassador for Below 50 Freedivewear, a brand that showcases freediving's heritage and shares my values.
