DELIVERY


Order processing time :
the package leaves our premises 1 to 2 business days after the order confirmation. For orders placed on Friday, the package will be shipped on Monday.

Delivery time: your package is delivered by La Poste through "Colissimo suivi" within 3 to 8 business days. It will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. Therefore, it is important to be precise and complete regarding your delivery address. Deliveries are made on business days. In case of absence, the carrier leaves you a delivery notice indicating the conditions for collecting your package (location, time, and collection deadline).

Please note that if your package is returned due to inability to deliver (for example, incomplete or incorrect address) or if you fail to collect your package within the deadline set by La Poste, the package will be returned to us. Return and handling costs will be at your expense and will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery delay : unless stated otherwise, all items for sale on our site are in stock. The delivery times indicated are those announced by our carriers, in business days. We are not responsible for any delays that La Poste may have.

Delivery Prices :

For France (excluding tax):

• Order up to 50 euros 6 €

• Order over 50 euros 8 €

For the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland (excluding tax):

• Order up to 50 euros 12 €

• Order over 50 euros 14 €

For deliveries to Switzerland, selling prices are excluding tax. VAT, customs duties/taxes must be paid directly to the carrier upon receipt of the product.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, VAT will be included in the selling price; delivery terms will be defined during February 2024.



DAMAGED PACKAGE


We advise you not to accept a damaged package (packaging showing visible signs of opening and/or damage) without making a reservation with the carrier. Indeed, packages leaving our warehouses are always in perfect condition and should be delivered to you as such. If a damaged package has been deposited in your mailbox or received by your concierge, the package is considered "accepted as is." We are not responsible in case of disappearance (theft) or deterioration of one or more items. We will not be able to provide compensation. You will need to address this issue with the carrier.


RETURNS


Items on sale are neither refunded nor exchanged.

Return: great care is taken with our products and the processing of your order. However, if despite our efforts, your purchase does not satisfy you, you have a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the package to withdraw.

Notification by email and withdrawal form to be completed: for any return request, you must first contact us by email (info@ubidoca.com / email subject: return Below 50) by completing a withdrawal form (click here). Once we have responded to you, please print our response email along with the completed and signed withdrawal form to include in your return package. These two documents are considered return vouchers. They are essential.
Please note that return costs (shipping costs, possibly customs duties/taxes) are at your expense. The returned goods are the customer's responsibility until they reach us. A refund will be issued only upon receipt of the goods and provided they are in a condition consistent with the general terms of sale. All returned items will be inspected. They must be packaged, new, labeled, unused, and in their original condition. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, washed, used, or dirty will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you have not followed the return procedure via the email return request and the completed and submitted withdrawal form.
